I just wanted to write a quick note to let you know that I had a great buying experience at your dealership. Tim Rogers made me feel very comfortable, he was very knowledgeable, patient, and he was great at putting up with my kids. I think he went beyond the call of duty to help entertain my older daughter. I was very impressed that he did not try to sell me just the top models like some dealerships, but was willing to go to whatever level of car fit my price range, whether it was used or new. We ended up buying a new Dodge Grand Caravan, which we love. I also was impressed with Angela, as she couldn't have made the financing part of our vehicle go any smoother.

Dear Ms. Collins,
I want to recognize two people in your organization who are the best example of customer service I have encountered in a long time.
 
I live in Eden Prairie and drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When my eighty-year old parents asked me to take them "out in the country for a drive" last Sunday, I naturally decided to take the Jeep. We had lunch in downtown Waconia and got back in the car to head home. I turned the key in the Jeep and the engine would not turn over. Certainly, I was in for a wild afternoon with a broken down car on a Sunday, I thought. I walked into your Waconia Jeep dealership and was greeted by a big smile from Trisha whom I explained my situation. Without hesitation Trisha went into the service department and brought back with her an off duty mechanic by the name of Mike. I am sure Mike had other plans for his Sunday but he was quick to assist and with enthusiasm that I would not have expected. Mike quickly and expertly assessed the problem and had my precious cargo and me on our way in record time.
 
I felt most fortunate to have broken down in Waconia and to have been rescued by two positive and capable people.
